I work with companies in the tech, mobility, and automotive space to help them find the right people to grow their teams. Most of the roles I support are based in Japan, but many of the companies I partner with have a global presence. Whether it's finding a product leader for a growing startup or an engineer for a cutting-edge ADAS project, I try to approach every search with a mix of curiosity, care, and common sense.
I don’t see recruitment as just filling roles.
