Our name comes from our goal: to help companies discover skilled professionals who will become talismans for their business. The kind of talent that brings results and greater success.

We are a diverse and multilingual team with years of experience in the field. One consultant, for instance, has spent several years recruiting in the US, while another has management experience at a major international recruiting firm in Japan.
