After graduating from an Australian university, I joined the local Japanese subsidiary of a major foreign-affiliated recruitment company. I was involved in starting up one of our Talisman offices in 2021, and have been working in consulting to tackle both inbound and outbound hiring challenges within Japan and overseas as a professional specializing in the job-switching market for middle-tier/executive candidates and bilingual resources.
