INTRODUCTION
Nicole Nagura
I joined Talisman in November 2020, right after I graduated from university. I am originally from New York, and I studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. I focused on human resource and business classes and became interested in recruitment. Upon graduation, I moved to Tokyo. I am currently working on roles focusing on IT positions in finance companies.
Majority of the roles I have been searching for have been looking for bilingual candidates. I focus mostly on developers and project managers. I work very closely with clients to learn more about their hiring needs as well as finding and preparing candidates for changing jobs.
It has been very rewarding for me to help people grow their careers. I am able to speak to new people every day and continuously learn. I do not have an IT background, however, I have learned tremendously about the IT industry from my short time working at Talisman. I love working in adversity, as everyday there are challenges to overcome.
