After graduating from college, I worked for foreign healthcare companies as a marketing director. Then I worked for Johnson & Johnsons as a new business start-up manager. After leaving the company, I worked for GE Healthcare as a business manager. From 2015 to 2018, I worked as a strategic consultant, providing support to healthcare companies.
In 2018, I moved into the executive search and recruiting business, which has long been an interest of mine.
I work daily with my experience in business companies to understand the challenges faced by client companies, and to be able to dialogue in a common language with candidates with a high level of expertise.
