Fumio Moriuchi

President & Representative Director

After serving as Regional Director at Hays Japan where I was involved in the startup of a new branch and other contributions to the expansion of Hay’s business, I founded Talisman Corporation in 2012 with the aim of resolving the challenges Japan faces with the recruitment of bilingual and professional human resources. Since becoming Managing Director of Talisman, I’ve gone on to expand Talisman’s career-formation services and RPO Service across five offices as of 2022–four in Japan and one overseas. I’m also working to share with society at large the knowhow that I’ve gained over the years by serving as a mentor in a number of accelerator programs.

After graduating from the University of London, I gained experience in general affairs work at the United Nations (UN). Since this, I’ve had a long career in the recruitment industry. Given the nature of recruitment as a business that deals with people above all else, my aim is to provide services that are based on the long-term picture. I get tremendous enjoyment from seeing how I’ve helped my clients to drive their businesses forward through the services Talisman provides. Now in my 10th year at Talisman, I’m looking forward to delivering the services that our clients demand over the next decade as well.

Kazuaki Kameda

Director

After graduating from an Australian university, I joined the local Japanese subsidiary of a major foreign-affiliated recruitment company. I was involved in starting up one of our Talisman offices in 2021, and have been working in consulting to tackle both inbound and outbound hiring challenges within Japan and overseas as a professional specializing in the job-switching market for middle-tier/executive candidates and bilingual resources. I’ve done my utmost to deliver services aligned with the “Talisman Value” concept that is so important to us here at Talisman, to ensure our continued presence as a dependable partner that truly understands our clients.
