Advertising Visuals
While many job-hunting service ads depict business professionals shaking hands or exuding sophistication, we deliberately stepped away from that image. Instead, we depicted a single penguin poised to leap into the cold sea, watched by other penguins watching its challenge.
In this visual, the vibrant penguin stepping forward at the center represents “you, who have decided to take on the challenge of changing careers.” The surrounding monochrome penguins symbolize “others who chose to maintain the status quo.”
This highlights the courage of the individual making the significant decision to change careers, showing that Talisman is a partner accompanying them on that journey.
