The “15TH Thank You!” anniversary logo featured in the lower-left corner of the advertisement represents our appreciation for everyone who has supported us throughout our 15-year journey. At the same time, it reflects our renewed commitment to standing alongside everyone who takes on a new challenge and helping them move toward their “next horizon.”
Advertising Concept
For this year’s campaign, we have once again chosen the “first penguin” as the central motif—a well-known symbol of courage and risk-taking.
A career change comes with excitement and anticipation, but it can also bring a deep sense of uncertainty and solitude that is difficult to share with others:

“Will I truly be able to succeed in my next career?”
Last year’s advertisement depicted a penguin standing before the cold ocean, caught between “taking the leap” and “staying where it is”—capturing the moment of hesitation and decision.

The new visual captures the very moment when the penguin finds the courage to take the leap—to step forward under its own strength and carve out its own future. It represents what we call a “solitary leap.”
We want to be like a talisman—a source of confidence and courage for every individual at the moment they take that leap toward their next horizon.
