Talisman Corporation has publicly expressed its support for marriage equality (the legalization of same-sex marriage) through the “Business for Marriage Equality” initiative.
The “Business for Marriage Equality” campaign, organized by three nonprofit organizations operating in Japan, aims to make visible the companies supporting marriage equality (the legalization of same-sex marriage). As of January 20, 2025, 593 companies and organizations have expressed their support for this cause.

At Talisman, we respect our LGBTQ+ employees and their partnerships, recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion. As part of our internal initiatives, in June 2023, we updated our guidelines to include considerations for LGBTQ+ employees, revising definitions related to leave policies and other matters.
